I am writing to express my sincere appreciation to thank you for helping me apply for the Loans and Credit Cards successfully.
In particular, I would like to thank Keson for following up with me consistently. His patience is commendable and he knows when to “remind” me to try the application again yet without pestering me (J) since 2020.
Considering the number of times I said no to him or I forgot to reply him as I was in the middle of meetings, many would have given up following up, but not Keson.
Once Keson was able to convince me to submit the application again, the entire process was fast and painless as the SME Capital Team execute the application process seamlessly.
The Loan is a “lifeline” for many SMEs owners like me who is drastically affected by the Covid pandemic and the lengthy recovery period. I also like to thank Vincent for very actively assisting me personally along the entire application process.
